All the good initiatives in our country have a bit of irony in them, they are not properly applied in our country.
The activities which are strictly prohibited will be done for sure by some so called independent citizens who thinks that rules and regulations are not for them.
As I was roaming around in the park in the afternoon time around 2 O'Clock along with my friend, I was amazed after seeing a sign board in which it was written that " पेड़ पोैधे तोड़ना सख्त मना है" (Harming plants and trees is strictly prohibited) , but along with that sign board the dead remains of plants and trees were being thrown. That is the biggest irony.

If as a country we want to be a developed country the citizens also have to contribute. Only blaming the government will not work.
